Internet net setter datacard

Iam using idea net setter data card no 9010436147 i have recharged with 550 on 31st dec which is valid for 45 days, but they have deactivated net on 28 th jan. i hav given complaint but nobody is responding properly. One is giving other number to contact i hav contacted every no of customer care but my problem is not resolved.

I request idea to immediately resolve my isssue, instead of giving ads put your minimum efforts on end users who r facing problems
