Idea net connection activation

I have fullfil the required documents to open new wireless connection (3G Plan). They have completed the address verification process. But still they are not actived the connection.

Whenever we contact to repective center they are giving the answer like service is activing into 1/2 hour and curently server is down. I have registered the into database it still not reflecting

After some time they are not reciving the call
