Sir,
i purchased an idea net setter on 11 june.i couldn't use the product the product as of till now.i contacted customer care rep. and asked to replace the product.the sent a technician on 15th june and found the product non-useble (frequent heating of modem).as i contacted them again they said that the product is defective and suitable action will be taken against it (will get the product completely replaced WITHIN A DAY and the extension of validity of the offers in it).i got the product on 20 june.the had given me the same defective one with the same complaint persisting (cant access even GOOGLE).the said that they had it repaired and this is a new one, the reps. lied as it was having the same IMEI NO.when i contacted them again, they said as it is out of their hands and can't do anything about it.
PLESE CONSIDER IT A REQUEST AND TAKE SUITABLE ACTION
ps;either i want the product completely replaced or a refund.
