Dear sir/madam,
i have purchased Idea Net setter and Internet enabled SIM card with 2GB plan. in indore the speed is only 40 to 80 kbps!!! In Jamli, MHOW, speed is only 40kbps!!! mostly it gets 0.00 speed and be idle!!! whereas the Idea Tower is 500 feet far from my home. when we go for buy they assure us 3G speed. they are making public fool. i am here to let you know the people who take heed on such negligence and fraud.
too much worst service. i had switched to Idea from Reliance but Idea is more low in performance and commitment.
please solve my problem or suggest me solution to get rid from this situation.
