Idea Net Setter Prepaid
Balance deducted without Use

I purchased a Net Setter Connection for Rs 2000 on 8/2 from Yash Mobile in Ahmednagar, I recharged the prepaid connection with Rs201, in that I was supposed to download 176MB, but my balance was deducted after the use of only 15.59 MB, why?? when called the service people they are not able to explain the reason, its the worst service from Idea.

Stop this type of unethical practices, the people will teach U a lesson, in this competitive market.
