I had buy an IDEA NET-SETTER on 30-3.
they claimed to give me the maximum speed of more than 236 MBPS and also said that it is capable f attaining the high speed of 3.6 MBPS.
but Finally i found it running at an average speed of 1-2 KBPS (Upload speed) and 40 KBPS (Downloading Speed).
I can't even surf internet properly and my work has been stopped because of this.
When i raised complain to them they put my USB in their computer with Air-tel broadband.
but when i asked to remove that modem then the speed was the same as what m getting.
a had also complain at idea costumer care they said that they'll refresh it setting and it'l work but till now nothing has happened yet.
now please tell what i'v to do...
i'v paid 2900Rs. for this device but won't getting the proper service.
please go through the complain...
