Very slow speed

SUB: Replacement/repair photon plus device delivered

With absolute disappointment I am compel to say the photon plus device (9206130033)

delivered to me on 18th of March from GB Bazar, Agartala subdealer, has a very slow speed (Average 60 kbps) Subsequently I informed the service engineer and after 5 days when I received the device with no improvement. While connecting the device I contentiously get CDMA link and never got High speed link. However I once again request you to replace or repair the device immediately as my important works are held up and I am loosing interest on using device of your reputed concern.
