Dear Technical Expert,

With reference to talk had today, tower in Patna will be made updated by 8 pm (today) and internet would be working fast but still the slow speeds (0, 3, 5, 10 kbs at 11.11pm), I am having and problem in opening of web pages is still continuing. However, you have assured for the quality service on which basis, you know better.

I repeat once again that I want speed of 150 KBS approximate as per commitment otherwise, I will return the modem. For this purposes, your company has to install the required infrastructure. My problem is more serious as I have opted swift 40 plus plan and if I am unable to open and use internet, within the plan then there is no use of continuing the plan. I can also go to court for compensation and cheat.

Also let me know the time –wise used hours. In UP, reliance always gives messages but in Bihar no.
