My broadband plan as per monthly schedule (SHOULD BE STARTED ON 17 JUNE) has not started yet.

Also, while opening the browser only hompage of BSNL is opening and no other site is opening.

Also we have not used internet from 17 june but then also BSNL homepage is showing that we have used our free 150 MB, and no other Webpage is opening

So I kindly request you to take effective measures towards this problem.
