Internet connection disconnected

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Beam telecom customer having 256Kbps plan (Account Details: Mobile 9849418096, Registered Email: [email protected]. Since from the first day of I took the connection, I am getting almost daily internet disconnection and also my speed is very variable. Most of the time I get very low speed and getting disconnected page. Since two days Iam trying to talk with you on phone but hour togeter Iam getting only message that ''Your call is so important please hold and we appreciate your patience''no associate will come in the line. You always remember that customer is the advertiser to the product or any thig they use. If customer is not satisfy with the product diffenitely they give bad feed back to others those are going to come to you. kindly give a prompt response and get it done. Please do the needful asap otherwise we are not left with any choice but to leave your service and opt for better and I believe same is the case with many other customer suffering alike me.
