I have a INTERNET Connection fro IN2NET 128kbps unlimited surfer for my Kids, from 26/10, Till few months back the Internet connection was fine, i did not check the surfing speed as its only emails, facebook, internet web bieng accessed by my kids, this is a addition to the Hathway account i have (which is doing perfectly fine), Over a Month Back there has been a Connection Lost on my Internet in IN2NET and whenever you call their office (In2Net Distributor - Owned by Dinesh Singh) they will say that they will send someone to check, if you ask for a complaint call log no. there is none so you can get back to them on the time of delay, anyway they had a few engineers come and go and check, that too if not solved will come tomorrow and their tomorrow never comes after 2-4 days, I had recently renewed my Connection Paying a 12 month Advance by cash to In2Net INR.6624/- which Reciept i have still not recieved (The Person who recieved the Money was Vivek an Engineer) Then since July The Problems began, I logged a complaint and kept calling and calling for resonse of false promises that someone will come, when Vivek came he could not solve it, if he got the same connected the browsing was a less than a snails pace and when he pinged any site it would break after 3-4 pings, he assured he would solve soon next day but there would be 3-4 days gap when he would return to test and check, few days back i was told he has gone to his village, and someone else would come, he came got it connected and left without even seeing i it worked, the internet got connected by did not open a website.
Last week i had finally called Dinesh Singh himself to seek for a solution he promised he would send someone to check with a Laptop and get it solved (No one ha yet come with any Laptop for a Solution),
Today is 13th September I called Dinesh Singh in the Morning to get a Update on the Solution, he said someone would come but refused to tell the time (Looks like they think all of us sit at home, and have no work to do), when i insisted on a tie he said cal my office i am driving, i then took a turn to call IN2NET Cable Corporate office and spoke to Puran Mittal who assured he would speak to Dinesh on this and solve the same . but since morning NO ENGINEER or Dinesh has not yet called, if this is the Leisure IN2NET Cable works then i think I made a mistake in Paying the Full year Subscribtion, Looks Like they are all CHEATS, I want to bring this Forward to all, Please Avoid IN2NET FAST here in VAKOLA, HATHWAY is FAR FAR BETTER.
