NOT PROVIDED USER ID AND PASSWORD AFTER COLLECTIG MONEY ON 15/4

Hi All,

I have in2net internet serivce connection at my home which was not been utilised for more than 6 month due to my personal reason, I asked the agench who has Distributorship i.e. Tisai cabel servises at Kayan East to activate my account but the who Person (Name Omkar) who has visited my home check the connectivity told me that previous account could not be activated he will create me a new account and provide me user ID and Password with in 1 Hrs on 15/04 at 11:30 am, he also collected amount of RS 450 and provided me ethe receipt for the same so that he can renew the package of 450 unlimited for me.

i had not received any user ID and Password till today, i visited to the Tisai office they reverted me to contact the person who visited my home i.e Omkar, i informed them that i was trying to call him from every day but his cell phone is not rechable after this revert staff of tisai responded that they are not the responsible for the same and was not able to provide me proper replay.

Please help me that to whom shouid i have a contact as tisai staff was also not able to provide me contact number of senior officer so that i can esclate the issue.
