I have taken reliance net connect broadband from virthi communication on feb, after duly submitted all docs. It was a home delivery. After 15/20 days the connection has been suspended due to address re verification. The customer care people told me to re-submit the all docs in any R World. I did the same and after a long follow up may be after 20days it has been activated. In the mean time I faced a lot of problem in my online trading and I loss a lot for this Reliance Broadband.

Again I am facing the same problem from 4th June while I am in a official tour to Orissa. I call up to customer care and they told me due to doc problem your service has been bared. I sucked after billing of 4 months, what’s the question of doc verification. If my docs are wrong they could have suspended my service from day one. I feel its just a mental and financial harassment from reliance broadband people. Now I want my money back I have paid against the same.

Please help me in this regard how I will get my money back. Because I am very much fed up with this service and more over I had wasted my time and money both. Also there are so many technical problem in this Broadband.
