I ordered snap deal of cake and flowers on 10th Feb which was suppose to be delivered on 14th Feb. However the same hasn't taken place yet.
Also i wanted to update the address by adding more details on 14th Feb. I kept trying to call on the phone number provided in their website which is switched off, also i did write a mail to them on [email protected] mentioning to update the address. However hasn't got any revert. I have been charged Rs 1500 which i have paid through my credit card and now am really worried about it. These type of fraud company should be closed and all suffered consumers should be compensated. Awating an action urgently
