Dear Reliance team,

what do you want form a customer, who has purchased a Data Card of Rs 3500/- with a reliance connection.

Since February i m requesting Reliance to convert my Postpaid Data card into Prepaid Data card but no one is there in Entire Reliance Communication who can help me to get out of this pethatic Reliance service, till today i have spoken more than 30 customer care guys to get it solve, after lot of requests to Reliance the condition is same and Reliance customer is still requesting the customer care to help him

I have done my full payment in March of approx 3200/- of my complete billed amount and then i visted your Reliance Store at Tonk Road in jaipur and requested him to get my plan change form Post paid to prepaid and the guy in Reliance sent a mail in front of me and told me that your services has been stopped and it will take approx 15 days to get it done, and after one month i got a call form reliance about the payment of Rs 4000/- against my bill, then i complaint about this in your customer care over phone and then i got the waiver on this and the payment of Rs 1189/- was still pending to pay, i again called up the customer care and complaint about the pending of Rs 1400/- to get it nill as i have not used my data card since march, but customer care guys told me that data card was used in April thats why this bill cant be nill and when i asked to share the uses of this they told me that they cant give it to me and i have to pay this amount and customer care person told me that " bill to bharna hi padega warna na to ye prepaid me convert hoga aur agle mahine ka bill bhi add ho gayega"

finally what i could do then i visited to your web world in Jaipur (Gandhi Nagar Mode) on 18th May to get it done, again they told me to pay the rest 1189.00/- to convert your Post paid connection in prepaid connection, then i again Paid Rs1189/-(Receipt number: S166130685) OTC Code : 14400, which was not used by me, then after the lady in the reception told me that it will take approx 7 days to get your work done and gave me the Reference number 146930735,

now on 24th may i called up the customer care to know the status, then the persone told me that my request had been closed due to some reason and web world was trying to call me and my number (9649411114) was not reachable, then i told him to call me before 10:00am and the guy says that he will arrange the call backe form reliance by the same day, but no calls received from reliance, not today i again called the cusotmer care to get the status, she lady again told me that your request had been closed and your have to visit Reliance Web world again to get is solve. and a new payment for monthly uses need to pay by me again, when i told her that i will not pay any amount which i have not used and i also asked that should i go to consumer court she replied " if you have lot of problems then you must go to consumer court"
