Hi All,
I have been regularly shopping on indiaplaza however my last shopping
experience was horrible. My Order #IN1610111447 had 6 products and all
of these products gave me sleepless nights, either in the delivery
delays or the fault in the product or missing parts.
In this ORDEAL I have got NO information on the shipping and no proper
inputs on the delays or the rectification of the problems,
This not only destroyed my total trust so far on India plaza. but also
made me to believe on other customer stories where they had been very
much dissatisfied with the India plaza
For this particular order #IN1610111447 I have got faulty product which
after complaint to the India Plaza
FOLLOWING COMPLAINT TICKET NO: CNT110652390205864 RAISED
based on which I have shipped the faulty product to the Indiaplaza office via courier
and the courier charges were promised to be re funded by India Plaza
TICKET NO: CNT232958967212411
As per courier company the product was delivered to Indiaplaza office on
14 November. However since that time it is already one month and Indiaplaza
customer care has not been able to help me with my refund which was
promised to me.
I am looking for a quick action and resolution on the following:
1) Refund of charges for product, which was faulty and I have shipped it back to Indiaplaza
2) Refund of Courier Charges for the product.
On this particular subject I have written numerous emails to the customer
care and also to higher officials :

However this has not yet fallen into anyone in Indiaplaza and still
I have not yet received any refunds.
I request fellow consumers to come up with their comments, whoever else
also got same problem with Indiaplaza I hope someone in the org watches
and takes care of resolving this asap
