Dear sir

i am executive in the maruti dealership i had achive the target and company provide me gift certificate for online purchasing through www.indiaplaza.com and my

company has issue gift certificate of rs 40000. agt. gift voucher i want purchase laptop but company

has no more varity or brand and i have chosse 'LENOVO LAPTOPS Core2 Duo 7757-54Q' in the option

and orderd .order no 130620090167. dated 13/06 but indiaplaza company do not supply me the

material. after that i request to the company please cancel my order and credit amount on my account

but company credit my gift certificate account. i have no use of gift certificate because i want purchase

laptop and they dont have

i request to consumer cort please refund my amount in my bank account or they dont want credit

my bank account provide me more option of laptop which i can purchase further comunication under mentioned.

what is the possibility that item will be ship on 13/07/09 your are makeing me fool from one month i want cancel my order and refund my amount which details given my previous mail. or u will not cancel my order i am going to take legal action. gajendra malviya
