On 28th of August I had placed an order (No. 111818793) with the company for a steam vaporizer and made the payment through my credit card. On 7th of September a wrong product was delivered to me for which a complaint was lodged by me immediately. The company promised me that a reverse pick-up shall be arranged and the correct product will be sent; but after several reminders the product was not picked up and in turn I was asked to send the product through courier to the vendor which was received by the vendor on 5th of October. Till Date I have neither received back the replacement product nor refund of my money even after calling up several times and sending mails.
