Not received my payment

I have ordered a product in indiatimesshopping in there website shopping.indiatimes.com on 4 th of december and i placed the cheque no 435985 of rs 1540/- .the cheque got cleared on 12 th of that month .in there web site they mentioned that product has been cancelled due to not producing the cheque.i have called to customer care regarding this and sent the scanned copy of my bank statement to their mail address called [email protected] and [email protected] still there are not resopnding to my problems so please help me in this problem
