Cheated and make forced to buy products by giving false commitment of sure lucky draw

I have got call from India today book club- saying that you have been selected for our lucky draw and there is sure gift for you but you have to buy product of approx 7000, I did it but again aftre some day got call that for sure nomination you have to buy more product of worth rs 16000, agian I did it.

But till date I have not got any product and even not got my money refund.

I am in regular follow up by mail and phone to this company but no one is saying or giving any kind of product delivery assurance or payment refund assurance.

Please let me know if any solution for getting payment refund.
