I had got a call from one executive named Raj kumar on 21st august saying you are selected for a Gold box provided you make a purchase from the 3 options he gave.
I took the option of buying the samsung omnia lite phone worth 14998 and additional 598 for shipping. Then in the gold gift box I got 50, 000 worth of Surat diamond vouchers and 2 rebbok watches.
I received the Phone, the world book with it and the reebok watches. But when i enquired about the Vouchers I finally got a call today from Bag it today after much following up who said that the system calculated and showed that your tarnsaction is short of 7498 and once you do that you will get the vouchers.
I refused because when the gold gift box was given why didnt you exactly tell the calculation. At that time you said that you have won and u will get the vouchers soon. After one month youa re coming and telling me that you have top pay more!!! isnt this called cheating??? a company like India today cant even keep its own words!!! shocking to say the least...
One thing for sure!!! no doubt they have good products and deals but I will never go and shop from them becuase they are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!
