TATa VSNL worst service as well product
No internet connectivity

I have been using tata broadband connection which is not working properly from last 2 months and I have complained regarding the same to customer care and nothing has been resolved yet which seems how you treat your customers. From yesterday i.e 10/4 there is no internet connectivity at all and I have contacted the customer care that it is a critical issue and they committed that it will be resolved within 6 hours and it is not yet resolved for which I have decided to dis-continue your services from next month onwards.

I have contacted to two supervisors today and they told I will get call back within 1 hour and I have not yet received any call from your side which makes sure how careless you are.

Could you please get it resolved as soon as possible as it is very critical to work without internet or shall I immediately dis - continue your services which is of no use.
