Not able to register after buying form for 450 rs

I an not able to register myself for bank paper because ibps website is not working.i am trying from 2 days .once it was written that link would be open after 4 pm on 28 july.now the website is not accessible and last date is 30 july.kindly help.please tell them to open website, so i can register myself fo the examination.
