I placed a request to close my connection on 12th May. Till now they haven't closed my connection and kept on sending bills regularly. They called atleast a million times even during odd hours in the night. I even complained the nodal office of Andhra Pradesh and got a email reply but things even got worse. One lady called Ankita, part of Airtel legal department called today and threatened us to pay. I clearly said that I'm ready to pay whatever I actually need to pay. She said that she would send an appropriate bill and I agreed to pay if its correct bill. But she called us couple of times but didn't send any email and threatening us to pay something. I said that I didn't need to pay some amount but I'll pay the correct amount. She is using very indecent language and shouted like anything. This is very unfortunate and I didn't expect this from Airtel.
I've been communicating to the Airtel Nodal officer, AP. I also forwarded the same to Sunil. [email protected].
I hope it reaches Sunil this time.
I believe atleast after seeing this complaint some action would be taken from Airtel.
