In the few last months, I've been getting a very slow speed, my plan is of 600 kbps -1 mbps speed.
My internet and landline connection is frequently coming and going.
It comes for like 1-2 hours and then goes.
Earlier at the beginning of the month June, our internet wasn't coming for around 10 days.
Please do something for this as soon as possible.
I'm mailing and complaining on phone everytime to the customer care.
But it gets fixed for SOMETIMES only.
Earlier in the month of June when we called one of the engineers and said "Fix it or we aren't paying the bill this month"
And then he replied us with "Okay, thank you"
