Non extension scheme collection of payment

I have reqiuested for boradband scheme renewel from 14.03.2010 earlier vide mail dated 14.03.2010 and also consented for extension of scheme but due to non availability of outlet in Aundh pune the same could not be extended in person. In spite of my tellephonic request no body turned up for collection of amount and renewal of scheme such a poor service from airtel is not expected.
