Internet not working since a fort night

I have complained wide regd no. 1003477073 & 1003512401 . Further I have E-Mailed to AGM & GM twice. I talked to Mr. Shakya on Dt. 06.06.2011. But till date nothing has been done and my broadband internet connection on telephone No. 0120-2442511 is not working since last week of May. My subscription is for unlimited service. Deeply regretted for such delayed BSNL care.

Kindly attend the fault and raise the bill deducting the amount for services not rendered by you.
