I have Tikona broadband connection user no. "1105450030", I am facing problem from past 1 month in my internet connection and nobody in tikona is taking my problem seriously, there is no customer support each and every time i call the they put me on hold and make worthless excuses i have requested more than 10-20 times to engineer visit at my home to resolve my problem but it's more than 20 days tikona is still making excuses.
