Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman, Hyderabad. I have been having Beam internet service for more than 2-3 years and have had a lot of problems with the service but somehow have managed and thought that they would solve it permanently. About 1 month ago, I was asked to purchase a router and was asked to try it for 2 months and if not happy was told that I would be returned the money and that they could take back the router. The service has not improved and even after registering a complaint so many times, there is no proper responses and when I spoke with the Manager Mr. Raghava today, 040-6616 6229, he spoke very rudely (rude behavior) and said that he could discontinue my service but will not return the money for the router, which was agreed upon. I feel that I have been harassed and no proper service has been provided and most of the time the service discontinues and I feel that it is worth paying so much for this kind of service.
I wanted to file a case against the manager Mr. Raghava for his rude behavior and also against Beam Tele and other managers Ms. Ruchi, Mr. Sandeep and others for harassing me and for no proper service.
