Till date there is no fruitful response from airtel and we are still standing on the same situation. Please revert with the contact numbers and email ids of the seniors of a Airtel so that I can raise the issue to higher levels and highlight the matter.

My office address is Jeena & Co. Pvt. Ltd. E5/B1 Mohan Co-operative Extension (Behind Kajaria Tiles) Badarpur Delhi-110044 Since morning of 6th July our LANDLINE number 011-41676109 (account number is 11264452) as well as INTRENET is not working, this line is dedicatedly used for accessing internet at office for working online. As all the work is done through internet, our task is suffering since more than 175 hours. There is no fruitful response from Airtel till now. Moreover every time when the complaint is lodged, a new reference number is provided for which no dead line for rectification of the fault is given. The latest reference number is 34963064 dated 12/07.
This needs to be resolved immediately as the situation is getting worse day by day.
There is not even a single call from Airtel for updating on the complaint.
I am compelled to state that the service is pathetic.
I will be highly obliged if the fault is rectified asap.
