TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Kashmir a place which is not best in regard to IT solutions, because of this many website desingers take undue advantage of the less information which is available to a commoner in regards to cyber world.
I myself went to the above mentioned website designer for designing my tour and travel website. During the time of agreement, the web designer told me many great and attractive things he will provide to me in the web designing package. He told so much but he never delivered it after making his full payment.
While enquiring him about the sub standardised service, he acted as if he never promised these things.
One of the main thing he promised at the time of agreement was to make any minor changes in the website if needed in near future. As now the year has completed and i have to pay the registration fee for next year. I asked him for the minor changes in the website to which he is asking for more money.
When told about the agreement, he is now speaking some different language...
My complain is for the person who is dealing all these things there. He will have done these things to many people even one of my close friend has also suffered at the hands of this webdesigner.
i strongly complaint against his ill practices in web designing, I would like this forum to take any stand on this..
