On December 30th, I purchase a Kermit the Frog for my daughter's birthday. I paid for second day shipping and received an order confirmation. After many emails and messages that were left, we never got Kermit! We had already told my daughter it was on it's way and she was so excited! I hope Katrina Owen realizes that she is actually hurting people by scamming them and as the old saying goes- What you do comes back to you! I saw an older post where she mentions she has had 5, 000 customers and she can't make everyone happy. There is a difference between stealing and customer service!
