I placed an order for an I pod on 31.10.11 vide their confirmation No. 1251852. I tried to talk to them on the numbers given on their website but was not answered.
I found from the website that there have been regular complaints and now have tracked their office address from other websites operated by them. I spoke to one Mr. Rishi and Mr. Aslam who confirmed that they are not in this group but work for other units. They took my mobile number but never responded. Their contact details are as follows:
