Hello All,

I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 for that i made a online payment through cc avenue worth Rs. 15000. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. After few days i sent 3-4 mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me with replacement details i.e. sir please courier the product to our given address and after receiving the product we send you new product as soon as possible. I also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they also told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and i called 100bestbuy customer care and told them i would courier the product to your address and he replied me after receive the product we send you new product and really within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good and all the parts are working very well. So now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement.
