I have taken the MTS data card unlimited package (Rs.2643) on 31/10 on plan ARP 6gb & since the start has been facing very disappointing downloading & browsing speed through out & any number of calls, mails to your customer care & assistance requested to the sales executive have not helped in any resolution of the same & am facing it very tough to handle the same, as even files on facebook are taking quiet long for download & browsing is real dead snail slow. The rec speed mostly is struck on 0kbps & the max it reaches is 4.6kbps & send speed is on 1.5 kbps.
Mr. Roshan (tech support) has been sent by the customer service team, for complaint number C11-53623009, who also was attonished to see the speed on his own laptop, as was not even able to open any mails or live stream. Am highly disappointed with MTS & need immediate refund of my entire payment made along with the explanation letter from MTS for its incompitability in keeping up its promises made to customers & am forced to approach for legal help through forum for making all false promises & luring people, if the same is not resolved asap.
The escalation even to the Nodal officer Rekha Raj, also didnot result in any grievance redressal & its already more than 2 months that i have escalated to the nodal officer too, but in vain
