Hello sir/madam,

this is Shahbaz khan from sitapur, i did booked a Transcend Jet Flash 220 Fingerprint 4 GB Pen Drive with Rs 440, But when i receive the product after a late delay, on receiving when i open the packet The packet is of Transcend Jet Flash 220 Fingerprint 4 GB Pen Drive, but in the packet there was different pen drive was found, the pen drive in that packet was Transcend JetFlash 500 4 GB Pen Drive, this is fraud with customer by your 100bestbuy.com so i feels very bad for this fraud that is done by 100bestbuy.com. But i contact wit them they said please send that pen drive to back the company office i did send the pen drive to their office and they confirm that they receive that pen drive and said that the ordered pen drive is out of stock. they make waste my 2 month and then i contact with them and they said that they will return the amount of 440 rs my couriers charges 100 rs (total 540 rs) but they did not credit the point till 18 of may and also they are not response any my call but now they waste my 3 month and they only return just 400 rs and now they are not recivieing any call because whenever we call at there customer care they are always busy and operator said that their Representative call in 24 hours but i still did not recieve any call and any response, i get frustrated with dealing with 100bestbuy.com please help me now i want to my full money and compensation.
