Complaint regarding reckless behaviour

dear manager,

I am ravi kumar kovirineni, s/o.dasaratha rama rao, kondapur, 380/c, raghavendera nagar colony, kondapur, hyderabad- 500032. mobile no, 9848172325, land no.23002545.

Beam telecom pvt.ltd net service taken 30.03.2010. my receipt no/26592 date.30.03.2010 .Beam tele slaesmen told to one year good service one year fees.5000/-..but one month good service. after that everday problem. so many times compliants given.but no response your executive. so many message also given in cell phones (99124 56813 & 9959100100). kindly take action immedeatley.otherwise refund the amount.
