I ordered for 2 World cup special cups on 1st Feb from website Kyazoonga.com. I received the cups 1 month later in first week of March which were completely broken. I have already sent them reminders thrice and even complained through their helpline which i luckily managed to get through after holding for 30 min. Till date they have not refunded or replaced the damaged products. I would recommend no one to use this website for any products or merchandise.
