Refund of a failed transaction

I sumedha mahajan, tried to book a ticket for Brayan Adam concert to be held in Hyderabad on 16 feb. I paid through online SBI bank. The amount (1599) was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and a error message came. The message was&-quot;We are unable to process your request for the card details submitted. Please use another card or an alternative payment option to complete the transaction".

I tried calling kyazoonga website but i was always kept on waiting. I send them emails but no response came. I contacted Avenues India Pvt ltd, who are responsible for online payment to kyazoonga. They said that the transaction was complete and provided me order No. To this i told them about the error message and told that no tiket was booked.

So they told me that i should quote this order no to kyazoonga and they will make the refund (talked to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd on 14 feb).

Its been over 2 weeks but no response came from kyazoonga.com
