Refund of Cricket Match Tickets booked online
I had booked 4 tickets on Kyazoonga.com for the India England worldcup Cricket Match to be played on 27th February at Eden Gardens Calcutta. Subsequently the Match got shifted to Bengaluru and hence Kyazoonga gave 2 options of REFUND/EXCHANGE to the existing ticket holder. I opted for the REFUND of tickets on February 05th. Kyazoonga had mentioned that the refund will be processed in 3/4 weeks. It has been more than 4 weeks and i havent heard anything from them. I have tried to contact them many times but the customer care number doesn't work. Several Mails to them are also unanswered. No body is picking up the call center number also. I require your help on the above matter.
