from 22nd april BB connection not get. repeated complaints no action taken till date. personally taken my moderm to bsnl testing point. after thorough check-up theyfound no fault in my moderm. But they said the bsnl data not configrate. then they connect in dial-up mode. It is slow speed. Iam in UL750 home scheme. Kindly take speedy action and rectify the fault. My phone No.23662239
