Forgery of cash payment of bill

Dear Sir,

We are using Airtel Broadband, Landline, Mobile connections& DTH services of Airtel since last 11yrs. You can see the past records that the payments are well paid on date always. This is the first time we are facing inconvenience from ur side. On 7th June after 6pm at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Branch, I have paid Rs. 1066/- for the no. 0120-4377314 & Rs. 2060/- for the No. 9810640037. On asking of Payment Rect. the staff collecting the payment said that they are on the "Go Green Move & I'll receive sms from their side". Till date i haven't received any messege. They are showing the payment of Rs. 2060/- for the no. 9810640037 and it seems that the another money goes in her purse. I am receiving 10 calls everyday about non payment of bill but i cann't expect this type of irresponsible action from a big company like airtel. I'm requesting to look into the matter.
