I have placed an order no 183582 with LETSBUY.com on 22/06 for pendrives they sent an sms with a fraudulent blue dart despatch no 43751806210 which never showed any information till date on bluedart website Inspite of nummerous calls to them and emails no response and every time you call they say stay on line let me check and even after long time you hear them say no update we will call you back and never even in your dreams they call you back..
It has been a worst experience. Human error can always happen but the company which are able to rectify those error and make the customers feel that their grievance has been responded and rectified properly only shall survive.
