LG smarphone which i ordered, is not there inside the delivered package..!!

I ordered for LG OPTIMUS 2x in "Letsbuy.com". Bluetooth headset comes free with it. Got the package n opened it today. Shocked to find only the Bluetooth headset :(THE SMARTPHONE IS MISSING.. Letsbuy customer care is off today due to diwali.. Letsbuy.com shipped to my Madurai address thro' Aramex Parcel Service.. Aramex said they're not responsible.. Waitin to call letsbuy.com customer care tomo asap.. Have anyone encountered such problem while shopping in letsbuy.com..?
