NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

Hello Team,

I am writing this email to you with extreme displeasure with the kind of service I am being provided by Letsbuy.com. I ordered the following items on Oct 28:

1 X Uncharted 3 PS3 Game (Pre Order)

1 X Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (Pre Order)

On Nov 3, I see on their portal that my first item has been shipped. Today is Nov 12 but I still haven't received my item. Tracking#43808395772 mentioned on your site is also incorrect. Blue Dart don't recongnize this number. I have been calling letsbuy customer support for past couple of days and I am only being told that complaint has been logged and status will be updated in 48 hours.

Now they have given me this BlueDart AWB#43768430484 which is showing to be delivered to soomeone else. I have spoken with Letsbuy customer care and as usual they are asking me to wait as hey are investigating.

I have also called Blue Dart customer care and as per them they have not Shipped any item to me since Oct 28. They have searched their database using my name and address.

Please assist me in getting this order canceled and getting REFUND.
