from Last 20 days i am receiving same type mail from your end. If you are not abvle to solve the problem, no meaning everytime you are writing same mail. India today is very big group, I dont know how you all are handling the customers, and selling very bad products through online shopping, I had ist mailed you on 17th july about product complaint about spice mobile (QT-95) After receiving from service center within 48 hours same problem arised, spice service center staff behaviours like we beggers, even i also decided to put on cousumer forum this case via mail or post. also not i dont want new mobile also, plz sent me my amount of mobile. i am expecting very +ve reply from your side, because you are always typing same message (copy+paste), even I planned to buy the higher version of mobile via your website, but no meaning of it.

I have very good experience from indiatimes shopping website. I buy product from it and product is not dispatched withing time limit.
I wrote to CEO of indiatime shopping and my problem is solved within 48 hours. I really appreciate the kind of responsibility taken by CEO.
They assigned one dedicate person with direct mobile no to solve my problem.

But surprisingly its not happen from CEO of bigittoday. I think you have learn lesson from CEO of indiatimes CEO.
