Slow connection

I have a bsnl3g data card (teracom)

i got it a few dayz ago (7-10 days before)

at dat for 2-3 days it had a speed about of 300-350kbps of downloading

but after dat for 1 day it was nt contd to net n aftr dat days i cud able to acess net bt downloading speed only in b/w 18-20kbps

pls help me
