The Firm M/s Exporters Paradise, 23/11B, 1st Floor, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110 018, with its CEO, Ms Kiran Rai & its Executive Ms Navita, Tel: 011 52137433 are misleading exporters for selling FAKE CD's containing incomplete Database of Importers & Shipments.
They have sold me a CD via VPP (Elbee Courier AWB # 292302861) for Rs 2500.00. On receiving the Cd, I have tried to access its details, which is in operative. Upon complaining to their office, they simply ignore emails.
they were saying that we will get 70 countries buyers data and proper e mail address but we did not get any proper e mail id.
please if anyone help us please call me or email me
I need action against this fraud company.
if this company will not return my money i will go to consumer court against this company.
