I have booked a tour trip with Mahalaxmi tours and travels and paid him a amount of rs. 65400/- as agreed, The trip was to bangalore (1day) Mysore (1 day) ooty (4 days) and 3 days in Kodaichannel but when we reached Ooty there was no room booked for us. I was with my two children and wife. We were searching for a room as most of the hotels were full. Mr Jayant owner of Mahalaxmi tours and travels was not responding to my calls even switched off his mobile phone. we had to book hotel rooms and even our transport tickets.
Now he is not to be traced.
