I purchased a Maharaj Whiteline Cooler from StarCJ, an online shopping store vide Invoice No. 201105100417 and the cooler was delivered to me on 18.05.2011 at my doorstep. The piece that was supplied was a defected one. On receipt of the cooler, I immediately lodged a complaint with the suppliers to chane the piece or get it properly repaired. Though they have sent a mechanic from the manufacturers viz. Maharaja Whiteline Electronic Coy 2-3 times but he could not repair the piece properly and the defect still persists. The suppliers also failed to change the defected piece. Even both the suppliers and the manufacturers have stopped responding to my mails.
I request your goodself to initiate suitable steps to get my defected cooler changed or atleast properly repair without further delay and to enable me to put the same in use.
